1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 By accessing c888, registering an account, depositing funds, placing any bet, participating in any promotion or otherwise using any part of the c888 platform, you ("the Player", "you", "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as the c888 Privacy Policy and any additional rules applicable to specific games or promotions published on the platform.

1.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and c888 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior representations, agreements and understandings between the parties, whether written or oral, concerning the subject matter hereof.

By creating an account you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. c888 reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time. Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 will be immediately suspended, all pending bets voided and any remaining balance returned to the payment method on file.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. c888 is operated for and marketed to players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using c888 is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. c888 makes no representations that its services are appropriate or available in any location other than Bangladesh.

2.3 Mental Capacity. You must be of sound mind and acting of your own free will when placing bets or using any feature of the c888 platform. c888 reserves the right to void transactions where there is reasonable evidence that a player lacked the capacity to make informed decisions at the time of play.

2.4 Self-Excluded Players. If you have requested self-exclusion from c888 or have an active cooling-off period on your account, you are not eligible to use the platform during that period. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account is a violation of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one c888 account. Opening, operating or attempting to operate more than one account — whether in your own name, under a different identity, or using another person's information — is strictly prohibited. c888 will close all duplicate accounts and may withhold funds pending investigation.

3.2 Accurate Information. Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of verification. c888 reserves the right to close accounts where verification cannot be completed within a reasonable period.

3.4 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. 3.5 Account Transfers. c888 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign or pledge your account or any interest in your account to any third party.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. c888 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). c888 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion with reasonable notice to players.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction. No maximum deposit limit is imposed at the platform level, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are ordinarily processed within 30 minutes of approval. Processing may take longer during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required. c888 targets same-day processing for all verified accounts but does not guarantee specific processing times.

4.4 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay) and mobile number used for the Player's most recent deposit. c888 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing withdrawals to a different method or number.

4.5 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed until the balance reaches the minimum.

4.6 No Third-Party Payments. You may not deposit funds into your c888 account from a payment instrument registered in a name other than your own, nor may you request withdrawal to a mobile number or account belonging to a third party. Any such transaction may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

4.7 Transaction Fees. c888 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile banking provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may apply their own service charges, for which c888 accepts no responsibility.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and promotional credits awarded by c888 are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable), time limit and any other relevant conditions are set out in the individual promotion terms published alongside each offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in individual promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 25 times (25x) before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering on live casino games and sports bets counts 100% towards the requirement unless the promotion specifies otherwise. Some game categories (e.g., certain table games, low-margin slots) may contribute at a reduced rate.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. c888 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from those bonuses where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has abused the bonus system. This includes, but is not limited to, registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated betting strategies designed to exploit wagering requirements, or systematically betting on low-risk outcomes to clear wagering requirements.

5.4 Promotional Changes. c888 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any ongoing promotion at any time, provided that bets already placed in compliance with the promotion terms at the time of placement will be honoured.

5.5 One Bonus Per Household. Only one welcome bonus or introductory offer may be claimed per household, IP address or shared device. Where c888 identifies multiple accounts claiming the same offer from the same household or IP, it may void the duplicate bonus claim.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance. A bet is only confirmed once you have received a confirmation reference number and the bet appears in your account's bet history. c888 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets that exceed the platform's liability limits for a given market.

6.2 Odds and Markets. c888 endeavours to display accurate odds at all times. In the event that incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, c888 reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds and return stakes to the player's account. This right will only be exercised where the error is material and demonstrably not reflective of the intended odds.

6.3 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of placement. Due to the real-time nature of in-play markets, there may be a brief delay between your bet request and confirmation during which odds may change. If odds change materially before your bet is confirmed, c888 will notify you of the new odds, and the bet will only be accepted if you reconfirm.

6.4 Voided Bets. c888 reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances: (a) the event is cancelled or abandoned without the relevant market settling; (b) the bet was placed after the event outcome was known; (c) there is clear evidence of match-fixing or corrupt activity; (d) a technical error resulted in an incorrect price being offered.

6.5 Maximum Winnings. c888 applies maximum payout limits per event and per market. These limits are published in the relevant sport's specific rules section of the platform. Winnings exceeding the published maximum will be capped at that maximum.

6.6 Minimum Stake. The minimum stake for any single sports bet is ৳50. Accumulator and system bet minimums may differ and are published in the betting interface at the time of bet placement.

7. Casino Games

7.1 Game Rules. The rules for each casino game — including live dealer tables, slots, crash games and table games — are displayed within the game interface or in the help section of each title. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with game rules before wagering real money.

7.2 RNG Certification. 8. Prohibited Conduct

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on c888 and may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Using fraudulent, stolen or unauthorised payment instruments;
• Opening multiple accounts to circumvent limits, claim duplicate bonuses or evade a self-exclusion;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or multi-player formats;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors to gain an unfair advantage;

9. Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 c888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) the Player has breached these Terms; (b) c888 is required to do so by law or regulatory obligation; (c) c888 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering or match-fixing; or (d) the Player requests closure.

9.2 Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, c888 may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where investigation confirms a breach, funds may be forfeited to the extent permissible under applicable law.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

13. Amendments to These Terms
